I ate there three times, at various hours. The chicken was very dry. The potatoes needed more seasoning. The staff was great and very informative. I requested a refund and even offered to bring back both full plates to show exactly how inedible everything was. I was informed that they do not do refunds and I would need to speak to the “Big Boss” on Monday. I will never, ever, ever visit this place again or recommend it to ANYONE. I’m a sucker for good customer service and even tho the food was disgusting, if the rep would have handled my call a lot better, I would have been a little at ease. The intention and authenticity, you experience in the food is by far an amazing treat. Honestly, it's one of the best Caribbean restaurants that I have patronized since moving to Houston Texas in 2006. Certainly you will be inspired to return for more💜
